Otton is a leader and a determined person from a very young man decided to study economics, and earned his master's degree at the University of Manchester in 1978, is a person ready, he began his political career in the National Liberation Party (PLN) and was Minister for National Planning and Economic Policy, but in 2000 they decided to found a political party, giving citizens the option of believing in new ideas and was one of the leading politicians opposed to free trade with U.S.
